RTL Group Board Resignations
Luxembourg, 5 October 2005 – RTL Group today acknowledges the resignation of Dr. Erich Schumann and Lutz Glandt from its Board of Directors with immediate effect. The resignations follow the transfer of WAZ Group's 7.5 per cent economic interest in RTL Group to Bertelsmann. The Board expresses its gratitude to Dr. Erich Schumann and Lutz Glandt for their loyal services as members of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Erich Schumann has been a member of the RTL Group Board since 2000 and Lutz Glandt since 2003.
